England expects war; changes to civil servant roles in preparation for civil unrest

England 2016. The future is here.

Parking Officers were some months ago re-titled 'Civil Enforcement Officers' and being groomed as police. Private Security Officers have recently also between made "Accredited Persons" so they can take on a police role.

Why? Because war is coming. The Brits are planning for it now. How do the Brits know? Because it's been planned.

War has been planned!

Do you sometimes wonder with all the posturing and pontificating amongst world leaders, if there's something going on that we're just not going to hear about until it hits us?
Norman Dodds (one if a team of government investigators) investigated the 'Carnegie Endowment for International Peace', one of a plethora of not for profit institutions given to by the ultra wealthy and influential in the USA. He uncovered minutes of meetings back to early 1900s saying they planned to change American society using war. They instructed then president Woodrow Wilson to engage in the war and stay engaged until the social structure of the USA was indelibly changed, which it did.

World 2016. War is imminent.

We are at the same point again. Powers that be have planned another major war. It was in fact planned before the first and second world wars with a specific objective in mind. This time it's the war to end all wars, and yes, we've heard that before; but this is genuinely planned to be so. The first war was about removal of sovereignty. The second was to establish communism as a threat to Western democracy. The third has a flash point in the Middle East, reportedly Israel, and I've heard (said to be in the Protocols Of The Learned Elders Of Zion) pits Muslims against Western nations. This war is set to escalate onto a global conflict involving Europe, Russia, China, USA, England and the Commonwealth and if course Israel and the nation's of the Middle East. Pundits say we have witnessed the commencement of World War III already, and it will escalate from here on in.

The Goal is World Government

The goal of this war is to establish global government, removing national military forces and making all countries comply with a the Global Parliament I've recently written about. The mechanisms of global government are here. They've even had 'Provisional' sittings of the Global Parliament to get the workings good and ready (see http://watching-the-new-world-take-order.blogspot.com.au/2016/04/move-over-united-nations-world.html?m=1).

The only safe haven

The global elite are reportedly already in their safe places. For some, this means massive underground bunkers. I've Sweden a TV special about a bunker manufacturer and his luxurious and safe from the outside environment that's bunkers are, and it's amazing! Others are flying to a small group of countries said to be a safe haven. This definitely includes New Zealand and Australia. I think a few South Pacific nations are also on the list, as is South Africa. Why? Because we're on the southern hemisphere. Or half of the globe has much more water and less population. We are also largely insulated from any atmospheric fallout from incidents in three northern hemisphere as the hemispheres basically recycle their own air, with very little northern hemisphere air permeating to the southern hemisphere. That's good if nasty bombs are going off up north.

Do I feel safe?

Given I'm in Brisbane, Australia, I'm geographically removed from most of the world's trouble spots. If war erupts, it's possessible we'll see some direct conflict in northern Australia and just possibly down the Eastern Seaboard (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne). Darwin (Northern Territory) was bombed in WWII. Japanese subs came down as far as Brisbane on WWII too. So we're relatively safe, but not immune. However if the world teaching system collapses, we will see high unemployment and civil unrest here. They may role out police onto the streets. Government may already have our increasingly combat ready police trained up for more conflict, and times like the parking officer in England ready for civil unrest.

Again, Do I feel safe?

Not really. If this major war goes ahead, I believe it silk affect almost everyone, even in 'safe countries' adversely. My consolation is knowing the Hebrew scriptures prophesied much of what's going on when right now in the Middle East. Those same scriptures talk of Yehovah's love and care for his own. I'm not that much into church, but I sure am into the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and the promised saviour 'Yeshua Mashiach' (which most Western Christians call Jesus Christ). I know my destiny. I'm able to pray and find shelter and rest for my soul in him. If you don't have that same assurance, it's time you picked up a Bible and asked him directly to meet with you. It will change your life. You will never be the same again.

By the way, these only relatively safe place I'm aware of in the northern hemisphere is Iceland. They have however tightened up heaps on immigration. They've tossed out corrupt global bankers and sent some residents back to countries of origin for being trouble makers. Iceland is socially very safe. It's aware of and careful in dealings with the NWO, it's geographically removed from Europe and it's a beautiful place. If you feel there nerf to moves you're family and Iceland gives you the cold shoulder, you could try New Zealand add their immigration seems easier to tackle than ours!

Peres: "We need a U.N. of Religions"

I missed seeing this when it came out, but my research has caught it now, and it's important. Simon Peres is an 'elder statesman' in the Middle East and had proposed a 'United Nations of Religions', stating the "United Nations has had its day".

“Now, given the fact that the United Nations has had its day, what is needed is an Organisation of United Religions, a U.N. of religions. It would be the best way to combat these terrorists who kill in the name of faith because the majority of people are not like them …,” he said.

Why is this such an important event?

1. It comes from the Middle East
2. It comes from a powerful Jew and suggests religious Israel, which has a very strong religious identify, should join forces with Islam, Christianity and other world religions in order to bring peace.
3. It is suggestive of the Vatican playing a larger role, with the Roman Pope heading the peak body.

Colossal Progress
What's not generally known at this juncture is that there has been much dialog between religious figures and authorities regarding the need for a one world religion, and there has been a colossal amount of progress in forming this religion. Almost all the large protestant and pentecostal church denominations in the USA have now recognized the Roman Pope as their earthly head. The main Jewish council (the Sanhedrin) has invited the Roman Pope to conduct mass in holy sites in Israel with the Sanhedrin, and this has now happened a number of times. The Roman Pope in Vatican II stated the "Moslems are of our fold" (approximate wording) and at this stage the Pope is working towards cementing relationship with Islam.

Vatican Involvement
Lastly, the Vatican was very involved in setting up the most recent two state solution of Israel and Palestine. My research had always led me to believe the Rothschilds and Illuminati were the most significant party involved, but it seems the Vatican s intimately involved. Look further, and we find out the Vatican had enormous land holdings in Israel. Add to that the Roman Pope assisting the Palestinians with recognition as a state and adding his skills and influence to resolve problems around the Temple Mount ; but at the price of land ownership by the Vatican and full access to the Temple Mount.

Then of course, we need to add the recent dialog with the patriarch of the Eastern / Russian Orthodox Church.

So it very much seems the course is set, and much progress has been made. This goes hand in hand with the article I just published, although I drafted this before.

Move over United Nations, the World Parliament is here (see the article), and it will likely work hand in hand with the 'United Nations of Religions' now being formed.

And it almost sounds so reasonable!

History is written by the victor. Why then do the masses write off provable facts that run contrary to published history? Possibly because the consequences for their mindset are too severe, bringing into questions a whole lot of other people, organisations, events and hidden motives. As said Gutle Schnaper, Mayer Amschel Rothschilds' wife "If my sons did not want wars, there would be none." Read on, with an open mind...

Pearl Harbor: 70 Years on, Is Iran the New Japan? - by Finian Cunningham, for Global Research

Is Iran the new Japan – 70 years after the Pearl Harbour incident that led to a US declaration of war and an unspeakable nuclear nightmare?

Two concurrent articles on Global Research deserve close reading because taken together they suggest that history is in danger of repeating itself, with even greater catastrophic consequences.

Firstly, Patrick Buchanan’s historical review of the run-up to the “surprise” attack by Japan on the US Navy at Pearl Harbour on 7 December 1941 indicates that it was in fact no surprise to Washington planners [1]. Indeed, the evidence presented by Buchanan shows (not for the first time) that the attack by the Japanese air force was a carefully laid trap engineered at the highest level in Washington with the coldly premeditated aim of precipitating US entry to World War II.

As Buchanan notes the Japanese “provocation” at Pearl Harbour was preceded by of a series of US provocations against imperial Japan, including severing Tokyo’s oil economy and isolating the country into a diplomatic corner.

“The question was how we should maneuver them [Japan] into firing the first shot…” then US secretary of war Henry Stimson is quoted in records from November 1941.

Such contrivance of casus belli by the US is not without historical parallel, before or after: the sinking of USS Maine in Havana Harbour in 1898, triggering the American-Spanish War; the torpedoing of the Lusitania in 1915, prompting US entry into World War I; the Gulf of Tonkin Incident in 1964, escalating America’s genocidal war on Vietnam; and the 9/11 “terror attacks” in 2001, presaging Washington’s ongoing wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.

In this historical context of Washington’s contrived wars, the present day provocations against Iran take on a much more urgent significance.

In a separate Global Research article, Tom Burghardt makes a convincing case that the US (and Israel) are conducting a covert war inside Iran, including deadly explosive attacks on Iranian military sites – two in the past month alone which claimed the lives of more than 30 Iranian personnel. As the headline of Burghardt’s article puts it: War with Iran – a Provocation Away?

The author quotes an Iranian military official saying that Iran’s armed response to suspected US/Israeli sabotages “would not be limited to our borders”.

The latest US provocation-for-a-provocation is the intrusion of a CIA stealth drone some 140 miles inside Iran’s eastern territory [3].

It is now clear that the sophisticated RQ-170 Unmanned Aerial Vehicle – which can fly at 50,000 feet undetected by radar – was on a deliberate spying mission over Iranian territory, most probably with a view to target Iranian installations for the preemptive air strikes – the very kind of air strikes that Washington and its allies have for months been threatening the Islamic Republic with.

The Washington Post described the revelation of the latest CIA drone intrusion of Iranian territory as marking the Obama administration’s “shift toward a more confrontational approach – one that includes increased arms sales to Iran’s potential rivals in the Middle East as well as bellicose statements by US officials and key allies”.

Included in the category of “bellicose” statements is that from US defence secretary Leon Panetta who last week cited contingency plans for “a wide range of military options” against Iran.

Bear in mind that the decade-long confrontation with Iran is premised on the wholly unproven assertion that Tehran is developing nuclear weapons – a claim that Iran has repeatedly denied and which years of intrusive inspections of its legitimate civilian nuclear energy facilities by the International Atomic Energy Agency have failed to verify, even in spite of Western intelligence and mainstream media manipulation.

The Washington Post again tells us: “The sharpened [US] tone [against Iran] comes against a backdrop of increased diplomatic efforts in ratcheting up the economic pain for the Iranian regime, as Washington enlists European and Asian allies in coordinated efforts to choke Iran’s economy.”

Reading that last paragraph again and we could easily, and frighteningly, substitute Japan in 1941 for Iran in 2011.

Then the words of secretary of war Henry Stimson echo with sinister contemporary meaning: “The question is how we maneuver them into firing the first shot.”

And recall too that Washington’s war machinations with Japan led to a conflagration that engulfed the Asia-Pacific hemisphere and the unleashing of perhaps history’s single worst barbarity – a nuclear holocaust.

Only this time around, the much more advanced technological means to utterly destroy would make that nuclear barbarity appear as a mere shadow of what could be unleashed in the present day.

Netanyahu: Israel needs to separate from the Palestinians

Very interesting. It is my understanding Gaza will be one of the people groups to attack Israel when a group of nations come against it. If this is to happen, I'd expect the Palestinian people in Gaza would have to be self-governing. A move from Netanyahu to cede the territory to the Palestinians will doubtless lead to cross-border attacks from the Palestinians should they acquire the means to do so. These means would be readily supplied by sympathising nations like Iran and  Syria. Time will tell...

The prime minister tells cabinet that it's more important to 'preserve a solid Jewish majority inside the State of Israel' than holding land home to a Palestinian majority.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu surprised many of the participants in the weekly cabinet meeting Sunday when he embarked on a monologue praising the idea of parting from the Palestinians and in relinquishing portions of the West Bank. Netanyahu said the number of Palestinians and Jews between the Jordan River and the sea "is irrelevant" and that it's more important to "preserve a solid Jewish majority inside the State of Israel."

The PM made these statements during a discussion on a report by the Jewish People Policy Institute on demographic changes among Jews and Palestinians in Israel and the West Bank.

Members of the institute presented the demographic data of Prof. Sergio DellaPergola, which show that, in a number of years, the demographic trends will result in a Palestinian majority between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea.

Ministers Limor Livnat and Uzi Landau were surprised by the data and asked that the data of other experts be presented - for example, the data of Yoram Ettinger, who is affiliated with the right. The right argue that the demographic threat to the State of Israel is not so serious.

The prime minister cut short the discussion and surprised those present with previously unspoken sentiments about the future Israeli presence in the West Bank.

"The debate over how many Jews and how many Palestinians will be between the Jordan and the sea is irrelevant," Netanyahu said. "It does not matter to me whether there are half a million more Palestinians or less because I have no wish to annex them into Israel. I want to separate from them so that they will not be Israeli citizens. I am interested that there be a solid Jewish majority inside the State of Israel. Inside its borders, as these will be defined," Netanyahu explained.

Aides of the PM realized how politically explosive his statements were and asked all those present in the room to avoid disseminating the details.

The Prime Minister's Office did not brief the media on the statements and refused to respond to questions on the issue or provide any quotes about the statements of the PM.
